Many thanks for considering helping at the Tea & Trails Ultra across the weekend of the 27th - 29th June 2025 in the Northern Lake District.

Important notes

• Volunteering to be available from  either 13:00 or 20:00 on Friday 27th June until latest 12:00 on Sunday 29th June.
• You will be camping on the event site every night, so will need to bring your own tent. 
• No friends or family can accompany you while you are volunteering with the event, sorry. 
• We only accept Event Team applications from people who can commit to the entire time requirement shown above. Please don't leave early at the end of the Event as this has a disproportionate impact on the ones left behind! It is essential that everyone stays until the end!
• Through volunteering you can earn £150 of event credit, valid to spend on any of our events. Or a FOC entry into the Tea & Trails Ultra® next year.
